Champagne Deutz will be taking a stand at this prestigious Champagne event. They will also be a Deutz masterclass at the event focusing on ‘The terroir of Aÿ and the art of blending’ . This will be presented by Elizaveta Le Floch, Export Director Champagne Deutz.
The grand cru of Aÿ is the epicentre of Champagne both geographically and historically, and the home of the elegant house of Deutz. Explore the unique terroirs of this fabled village both horizontally and vertically, in a comparison of special vineyard cuvées and a three-decade trilogy exploring the art of blending the lauded vintages of 1988, 1998 and 2008.
