Finca Constancia Range
Finca Constancia Seleccion
Made from a blend of six indigenous and international grape varieties, this is a truly distinctive wine, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Graciano and Cabernet Franc, each adding a new dimension and complexity. The grapes were hand picked and aged in a mixture of American and French oak barrels for 6 -12 months. The result is a full- flavoured wine, with intense berry aromas, beautifully integrated sweet oak and hints of leather and spice.
Finca Constancia Verdejo Parcela 52
Made from Verdejo grapes from Parcela 52, where the soil has a high capacity to retain water and nutrients, which in the hot, dry summers of Castilla-La Mancha is particularly important in order to keep the vine in a natural balance. A selection of the best grapes from this block is bottled as Parcela 52, an expressive Verdejo with aromas of stone fruit such as apricot and slightly spiced herbal aromas. These combine perfectly with well-integrated oak aromas giving the wine great personality. Fresh yet creamy on the palate, this wine is intense and smooth with a long lingering finish.
Finca Constancia Tempranillo Parcela 23
Made from a selection of the finest Tempranillo grapes from Parcel 23 of the Finca Constancia vineyard, this intense cherry-red wine has been aged in French and American oak barrels to add soft vanilla tones to its abundant juicy fruit flavours. Full bodied, and harmonious with great structure and length.
Altos de la Finca
This wine is produced using the most careful and select vinification techniques, creating a handcrafted high quality prestigious wine. Malolactic fermentation takes place in selected French oak barrels with extra fine grain and medium toast. The wine then ages for 18 months in new French oak barrels creating a full bodied wine with round tannins and aromas of black fruits, cranberries, glacé cherries and a touch of cassis.
