Beronia Tempranillo, Elaboración Especial
Made from 100% Tempranillo, this wine is macerated for 3 days for maximum colour and flavour extraction before being transferred to new American oak barrels for both alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation and ageing for 8 – 9 months. The resulting wine is intense and individual, with pronounced aromas of coffee and chocolate and ripe dark fruit.
Specially selected grapes are cold macerated and fermented in vat, before being aged in French oak barrels for four months until the perfect balance between fruit and oak is achieved. Deep maroon in colour, it has complex aromas of violets, chocolate and mint with spicy oak characters.
Beronia Mazuelo Reserva
Only released in years when the wine is of exceptional quality, this Mazuelo is fermented slowly for increased extraction of colour and character. Aromas of vanilla and blackberry jam combine with hints of leather and spice to give a full bodied wine with excellent structure.
